I contributed to the development of the Cadillac Elevated Velocity concept vehicle, a full-build show car unveiled at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. As part of the Fabrication Design team, I helped transform advanced design concepts into functional vehicle systems through mechanical integration, attachment design, hinging strategies, actuation systems, and fabrication development. I led the digital and physical development of a gull-wing door proof-of-concept, including machining, metal fabrication, assembly, and mechatronic integration. Working closely with industrial designers, mechanical engineers, structural analysts, and mechatronics engineers, I helped validate a door architecture roughly 80 kg in mass. Midway through the program, I was promoted to Fabrication Design Manager, where I provided technical direction for a distributed team of 15 engineers, directly managing 7 while coordinating 8 additional contributors across three time zones.
